MR. RICK WALTERS
The NCMA North Texas Chapter will be hosting Mr. Rick Walters, a Sr. Consultant in Organizational Behavior with Express Works, to speak on the fusion of Lean / Agile practices in Contract Management and Administration. These two topics do not normally fall together in the same space, but we are going to find application of Lean and Agile tools and practices and how they may be applied to the Contract Management and Administration space.
About Rick. Rick provides consultative support for Strategy Implementation and Organizational Change Management with Express Works. He is a consultant with demonstrated success in strategy and major program implementation, achieving organization and corporate business goals. He also facilitates Team Building: As a facilitator and team member effective at the C-level, he supports leadership, program and team levels, combining experience with organization culture, values and practices to build energy and momentum for successful change and achieving results. Lastly, he has deep experience in Adoption and Sustainability of Initiatives. Rick is currently working on program and project change implementation consulting for business unit transformation initiatives to integrate information technologies with best practice frameworks for engineering and operations. He has worked with a number of prior companies such as Texas Instruments and IBM. Rick has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and Masters Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
