11/15/16 CHANGE MANAGEMENT PANEL DISCUSSION

The NCMA North Texas Chapter is pleased to present our November 15th meeting. It will be a relaxed, facilitated panel discussion between Ms. Sandy Schwan, Dr. Justin Craun, and Mr. Chuck Maggio, moderated by Mr. Bobby Smith, on the topic of "Change Management and Contract Administration".

We will start with a mix-n-mingle networking event at 6:00 PM. The "Salon" style panel discussion will begin around 7;00 PM. We will be meeting at the Zin Zen Wine Bistro in McKinney, Tx. No dinner will be service, but there will be a cash bar available, and light finger foods will be served.

This panel discussion will be in the classical "Salon" format, and unlike anything you've attended before!  This panel discussion will be relaxed, in a warm and inviting setting, conversational in nature, and intentionally interactive between the panelists, moderator, and the audienceattending.  It will be a great chance to network with colleagues and learn more about contract and change management.

So come join us, enjoy a beverage of your choice, and let's explore change management and contract administration. It will be an enjoyable and stimulating evening!

ABOUT OUR PANELISTS

Sandy Schwan (Panelist) - Clients call me when they are introducing a large-scale change to their organization, such as a major new software system, a significant process change, or a different way of serving customers.  I assist leading organizations create a structured approach to major shifts in the ways their employees work. Executive teams sometimes underestimate the difficulty of such shifts, because on paper they seem simple. In reality, if not managed properly, “simple” changes can dramatically harm the performance and financial results of your company.  My clients have included United Airlines, Thomson Reuters, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Accenture, Northern Trust Corporation, Spencer Stuart, IDEX Corporation, the United States federal government, Pariveda Solutions and Zebra Technologies. I also served as adjunct faculty in Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy, where I co-created and taught the updated curriculum for the Executing Strategic Change course in the Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change program.
